Initially I went to get my Corvette’s 3 recall addressed, 2 were electronic related and 1 was replacing the seatbelt. Unfortunately during the service visit my vehicle was deeply scratched, about a 12 inch scratch near my driver door panel. I addressed this concern to service manager Adam Kimber who quickly aimed to resolve it after his investigation found that Classic Chevrolet had indeed damaged the door panel. I had my cosmetic damage fixed and was happy with the fix overall. However, the fact of the matter was my vehicle was damaged and that should be the main focus. Quality control needs to be addressed and stricter handling of performance vehicles.

Jaime and Neale took care of me and did great. They set me up with a rental car. As for service you can't ask for more, got my truck back in 1.5 days. Driving that Malibu really made me appreciate my suburban!!

Would still be nice to get cars washed before pick up. And to have decent quotes be given over the phone prior to coming in. Ti have a repair that is known like oil change and trans service there should not be a doubling of price when you show up. I already had one oil change there and obviously didn't go the cheap route so don't quote me the cheapest on the phone then expect more when I get there.

Joey Wilhoite was so helpful & professional the entire process, he made sure I was able to get the best deal possible. He explained everything to me in detail & answered ANY question I had. I even asked him the same one a couple times I’m sure! We completed the deal online & over the phone, so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was sign for my extended warranty & cruise off the lot. I also must mention the service Kenneth Smith AKA Sarge provided - what a friendly professional. He showed me all the features on my new truck & walked me through the digital set up on the Chevy app & my system in the truck. I had a great experience buying my truck at Classic Chevrolet Grapevine.The sales representative, Micheal Allen, was amazing and found what I was looking for . The financing process was smooth. I definitely recommend this dealership.

The service was great along with our advisor, Hector. No issues with the dealership, Classic Chevrolet. One big issue is the price of the repair. Part costs $150 and to put it in cost to walk out the door was $3,600+. If you have to take the dashboard off to make repair then there is an design issue with making the car. Or you need to redesign the dashboard to keep the repair costs down. Or is this just a way for the dealership to make more money. Prior to the Traverse I had a Tahoe and the light that showed what gear you were in went out and the cost for repairs was over $1,700. I have been a Chevy person all my life but this continues I will have to look at other cars that are not Chevrolet. Very disappointed. Also, I bought your extended warranty on the Traverse which ran out at 60,016 miles and the part failed at 65,000 and no help on the warranty, REALLY.

The sales person was exceptional. The finance person was not. In all the back and forth they never applied the 500 discount on the car. Had to fight and threaten to walk out to get the financing anywhere near what we had agreed on. Basically strong armed to take a warranty as well. Will not buy a car here again.

I was a little confused, because I thought I had signed up for service at the dealership where I bought my car, but when I got there found out it was a few miles away. I didn't mind, though , because it seemed smaller and was very quick and did a great job. Still waiting on recall parts and a paint pen they had to order.

We have purchased a number of vehicles from Classic. We also have had them serviced there, even though it is located in Grapevine and we live in Keller. I trust them to care for and treat our vehicles as if they were their own. The assistants and technicians are professional, answer all of our questions and treat us with respect. I would recommend the service dept. to anyone needing servicing or repair.

Great service!

Service was fine but truck interior was tossed when I got it back. Truck went through the car wash and came out with streaks and looked worse than when it was dirty. Instead of calling me to ask where the wheel lock was they went through my entire truck front and back. Nothing was put back how it was

I went to get my oil change completed, I asked them to check my engine and cabin air filter, they said they checked them and that they was still good, when I pullled them out the cabin filter was completely clogged and the engine was filthy with dust and leaves, the glove box wasn’t put back on correctly after they supposedly checked the filters

Still have issues with Infotainment Center - radio changing stations, including the odometer switching from INFO to AUDIO. IN addition, issues with Map dropping "pin" and jumping around on the map.

Vanessa handled my recall issue quickly and efficiently.

Service was good. Greeted promptly and it didn’t take too long. The cashiers were not friendly at all and just ignored me when I walked up and stood at the counter. My truck was protected with plastic and paper we’ll be wad not pulled into the bay and the plastic and paper should have been removed for me when I picked it up. I drive a long way from Frisco and I paid a lot for my service contract and I expect excellent customer service.

I noted up front I had the prepaid service plan when I went to check out I was asked to pay for my oil change. I said it was a mistake, the desk clerk, without ever once lifting her eyes from the paperwork said “that’s what the paperwork says, now do you want to pay with debit, credit or check.” I said none of the above how about they fix it. Finally she called the service manager who quickly had her look up my account number and fix it.

Efficient and professional

Took my '24 Traverse in for an issue with Sirius XM and techs were able to "reboot" the system and it is now working fine.

I brought my truck in for electical issues. I had change my battery and thought I just needed to get the computer reprogrammed. I didn't hear back from the service department until a week later, and I had to inquire. Some part was ordered and they were waiting for it. I had not authorized anything, yet it was being done. Four days later I was offered a retal car. The part didn't show up for another 15 days. Amazing I can get Amazon the next morning, and it takes the dealership 3 weeks to get a part. After all this time and money my Truck is back in the shop 3 days later. Just Not this shop. I will not bring my vehicle back to this shop and I will actively work to stop others from going to this shop.

This was the fourth car we’ve bought from Classic in the past two years. It has become our family dealership when we need a vehicle. Myself, my wife, and both of my daughters drive Chevrolets because of the team there.

This was my inaugural oil change and tire rotation service visit, which was no charge. I was in-and-out in 30-minutes on a busy Monday. The person assigned to my case greeted me upon arrival though I did not see him at departure. I presume that is SOP so no complaints.

I brought in my 2020 2500HD for an oil change and tire rotation. I only had to wait 35 minutes for it to be completed. I was finished checking out before they had my truck back to the pick up area. In the past my truck would be in the customer pick up area for a few minutes before I was called to check out. They are KILLING IT in the Service area, Thank you very much for the GREAT job.

I thought I had much to do with my Silverado in preparation for a long road trip. I was prepared for the worst, expecting to pay more than a thousand dollars. After explaining my needs/concerns with my service advisor, Billy, he told me everything was already up to date and he only recommended lube/oil/filter. I so appreciate a man of integrity and a company who employs them. Not only did he save me $$, but he gained my trust and confidence...thanks!

My service advisor is great. Gil really listened to what my truck issues were. Fully explained everything they did and didn't do. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because 2 of the repairs were not fixed properly. Drivers side mirror is worse than when I took it in, plus the directional controls are backwards. Second the review camera that was replaced still blanks out for a second or 2 randomly.

Easy drop off at North Service department, good people, my vehicle's issues were solved.

I had been looking for a 3.0 diesel Tahoe for a while because they are hard to find. CJ started the search a week ago for me. We got super lucky when a special ordered one came in and the buyer backed out. Austin and CJ immediately let me know and I came up, met with Andy and sealed the deal that day. Quick in and out as usual with great service and terms.

Everyone was friendly and, while it is a process that has to be gone through, they made it bearable.

I was able to get in a dream find the exact vehicle I was looking for and got the deal of a lifetime through continuous efforts of the classic Chevrolet team

The service on my vehicle was good but when I arrived at the dealership I pulled in and waited for someone to greet me. I got out of my vehicle and there were several young people sitting at a table on their phones. I could see their phones and they were on social media but were employees of the dealership. Not one said "hello", "can I help you". I stood there for probably 15 minutes before a girl that had been running all around saw me stopped and said hello and helped me. She went and got my assigned service personnel Gil. I didn't feel special or appreciated and the only reason I was there was because my first oil change was free. I will go elsewhere next time especially since an oil change is almost $100.00.

When I scheduled an appointment to have a safety recall repair applied to my vehicle, the lady at Classic Chevrolet checked to see if the needed part was in stock before she booked the appointment. When I brought the vehicle in to have the repair done, I waited in the lounge area for 90 minutes, then was told that they were unable to perform the repair that day because the needed part was not in stock. I will need to return another day after the part is ordered and received. So basically it wasted 2 hours of my time. The good news is that I did get my car washed before I left and everyone was very pleasant to work with.

The build on my Tahoe took about 4 weeks longer than originally forecasted, and I received no advanced notice of the vehicle being deliver to Classic Chevrolet for pickup. There seemed to be some urgency on the side of my salesperson to complete this transfer before the end of June, but unfortunately I was out of town with my family at this time and it created some hassles that could've been avoided with a little foresight and planning. Other than that, my experience with Micheal Allen was great - he was responsive and helpful throughout.

Nice Saturday morning oil change. When pulling up to service bay, oil change special came up. Had to mention cost of oil change to cashier and able to lower cost. Did notice 2 deep hood gouges when got home. Not sure if from car wash or technician!

thet changed the oil and rotated the tires and washed my truck. it was great when I asked about using my rewards points, the person stated that I need to show them my account with the number of points, the time before all I was told was that they only needed my rewards number. would help if information provided to customer was fully disclosed. makes department not very customer friendly.

When I dropped off my trick they said it would be 2 days. A week went by with no contact. We called and were told it would be ready at 4pm. When my wife picked it up, the problem was still there. It did not even look like it was looked at. So our truck is still there and we were told Vaughn went on vacation and had another service advisor helping. We are now told it might be Friday when done. Had to order the part. We should of been contacted by service and were not. Someone dropped the ball and of course it's the customer who losses out as we are with out our vehicle.
